The Estep Family Life Center has fitness classes open to the public! From lunchtime and evening aerobics classes to weight loss and health programs the EFLC has a Fitness program to meet your health needs. Online registration for aerobics classes is available 1 week before each session begins. Check out our latest classes and programs below. 
Schedules vary so we allow you to sign up by the number of times you plan to exercise per week – not by a specific class! This allows you the option to mix and match classes to fit your busy schedule!

Lunch Pilates Fusion
Instructor: Certified PHI Pilates instructor
Day/Time:  Tuesdays, 12:15 - 1:00 PM
March 3 begins 8 week session. Bring your tennis shoes. Pilates Fusion is blend of mat work, strength and endurance training for the ultimate core workout! Note: A minimum of 10 pre-registered participants are required to hold the class. 
Evenings Pilates
Instructor: Certified PHI Pilates instructors
Day/Time:  Mondays & Thursdays, 5:30 - 6:30 PM
March 2 begins 8 week session. Pilates is a body sculpting activity that works your body from the inside out.  Develop long lean muscles from this great core exercise class! Class holiday: January 19.  Note: A minimum of 10 pre-registered participants are required to hold the class.
Zumba® Fitness at Lunch
Instructor: Licensed Zumba® Fitness Instructors
Day/Time:  Mondays & Thursdays, 12:15 - 1:00 PM
March 2 begins 8 week session. Come join the party at lunch! Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations.  The routines that feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.  It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. Note: A minimum of 10 pre-registered participants are required to hold the class.

Spring Fling Boot Camp
Eight week boot camp begins April 1. Sign up for 2 days/week of Mondays and Wednesdays or 1 day a week for Wednesdays! Co-ed workout meant to energize your week with a great cardio strength training mix utilizing weights, body resistance and functional cross training. A challenging workout for all fitness levels of any age. Workout to your own intensity level. Minimum of 10 participants pre-registered and paid to hold the 2 days per week boot camp.
Instructor: Wendell Arsi, Personal Trainer
Cost: $60/1 day a week/8 weeks or $100/2 days a week for 8 weeks
Day/Times: Mondays & Wednesdays, 12:15pm-1:00pm
Noon Hoops
Cost: $5/non-member, free for members
Day/Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12:00pm-2:00pm
For ages 18 and up. Come enjoy pickup basketball during the lunch hour! No reservations required. Lockers and showers are available.
Strong to the Bone Osteoporosis Class
sponsored by Baptist Medical Center & Primetimes
Cost: $30/6 weeks
Day/Times: Monday & Thursday, 9:30am-10:30am
Class is designed to increase strength, balance and flexibility for the participants by incorporating chair exercises with elastic bands. The register call 296.5978. 
Weight Watchers
Day/Times: Wednesdays, 11:30am-1PM
