First Baptist Church of Columbia

Our goal in First Student ministries is fourfold, to bring students to KNOW Christ [Identity], to GROW in Him [Maturity], and to GO equipped into the world to SHOW others how to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ [Responsibility]. We meet Sunday mornings in the First Baptist Student Center, located on the first floor of the Estep Family Life Center (1410 Sumter Street). While students are encouraged to come early to donuts and fellowship, our program starts promptly at 9:15am. The Middle School and High School ministries typically meet together for worship, and then the Middle Schoolers go to the YMCA for a time of teaching and discussion.

2014 Teaching Series:

For Parents: We will be offering a "roundtable" discussion time for parents of students on Sunday evenings from 5:15-6:00p at FBC in Lindsay 306.  We will be discussing what we are teaching students as well as sharing ideas on dealing with dating, social media, and sexuality in the teen years.
